Celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving along with Canada's Great Natural Resource: Velvet Skye (w/9 PICS!)

Doc here, a man who some say appreciates Tim Horton's more than words can express, with a quick salute to our friends to the north, Canada.

While in the US of A it is Columbus Day (a day near and dear to your old friend in the white suit and aviators), it is Canadian Thanksgiving.

Oh, Canada is much more than America's hat. We are very thankful for the gifts Canada has brought the world. Some of them (with their rankings as calculated by the accounting firm of Gilmour, Plante, & Keon) are:

#93: The snow blower
#71: 5-pin bowling
#66: The goalie mask
#49: IMAX
#37: The Kids in the Hall
#22: The Wonder Bra
and
#1... Canada's greatest natural resource: My good friend Velvet Skye!

So as Velvet is gobbling a drumstick today (as well as eating turkey), look north to Canada and give thanks for this tall drink of water.

Enjoy your holiday, Canada!
