UPDATED 4/25 at 2PM: Doc here... The big day is here! In 5 hours we start Mardi Gras at The Art Cinema in Hartford, CT. The swag bags are complete (finished at 3am this morning) and they came out great! The mardi gras masks are awesome and will be distributed with the bags tonight to the first 50 couples with their paid admission.

Last night during setup, The Art Cinema was hopping. 19 Couples attended, including my good friends The Sexual Athletes AND The A-Z Couple (thanks for all the fun in on the main floor!). If this is any indication, tonight will be CRAZY!

Our last event (Valentines Day) attracted 100 couples... Help us break that record!

If you attend tonight, please make sure you hello to The Good Doctor. I will be wearing my new lab coat, so I should be hard to miss. I will be doing a meet and greet in the lobby starting at 6:45pm and running for an hour. After that, I will be mingling and co-mingling the rest of the evening. Mustache rides are still a strong possibility!

The Art Cinema is looking spiffy... The brand new projection system in the theater looks great, the garden wall is now open, and Ernie has never looked spiffier.

UPDATED THURSDAY 4/23 at 7PM: Doc here once again, and I am getting super excited to host Saturday night's HUGE Mardi Gras Party at The Art Cinema starting at 7pm!

As we speak, the great staff is working round the clock making improvements, and installing some new and exciting amenities to the mighty Art Cinema. The new digital projection system is installed and LOOKS GREAT, and decorations are going up.

Tomorrow morning The Good Doctor will be jumping on a plane at Midway Aerodrome in sweet home Chicago, and getting to Hartford just in time for lunch. A rental Lizardo 969 sedan will be at the ready, and the weekend will be off to a fast and exciting start.

Did you know that The Art Cinema is featured prominently in the May 2015 issue of Penthouse, hitting news stands Tuesday 4/28?

We will be welcoming a bunch of new guests from SLS.com, via the new Art Cinema Group on SLS. Please make sure you introduce yourselves to The Good Doctor when you arrive. I will be wearing my brand new Doctor Lizardo lab coat for the evening's festivities.

Doc here with an update on the BIG Mardi Gras at the Art this Saturday night at the mighty Art Cinema ( www.theartcinema.com ) in Hartford, CT, starting at 7pm and hosted by The Good Doctor.

The build-up to this event has been extraordinary, and it's shaping up to be our biggest and best event yet! Your old friend in the white suit and aviators gets to town on Friday to begin his prep work for the party, along with the great team at The Art Cinema.

Our last big event was the Valentines Party on 2/7, and we had exactly 100 couples join us for a record setting evening. How about we break that record? And to do that, we need you!

The Art Cinema is hands down, the best value in any lifestyle event anywhere in New England. Where can you have an evening for the ages for only $30 for a couple, or $20 for a single?

We will have our Art Cinema swag bags again for this event for the first 50 male/female couples with their paid admission. I will also once again host a meet and greet in the lobby starting at 6:45 and running to 7:45pm.

Doc here, a man who some say is much further East than he was at 7am this morning, with Day 5 of Girls of the Art Cinema.

This series of reports has been extraordinarily popular, and with each they are drawing thousand's of page views. It's been pretty amazing to watch unfold.

We are also now only 1 day away from the huge Mardi Gras at The Art Party in Hartford. The mighty Art Cinema is undergoing a makeover of sort, starting with the new digital projection system installed last week. And this is just the tip of the iceburg!
